Andrew Greenslade
Andrew has 22 years of experience in work based learning. He has worked for Associated Neighbour Training for 11 years, working in a variety of roles including assessment and Quality Assurance. As Operations Manager, Andrew’s priorities are the primary leadership and management of the overall business performance whilst maintaining the culture, values and beliefs of ANT.
Nicole Barry
Nicole is our Business Development Co-ordinator, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer. Nicole joined us in 2013. She has a wealth of multi-disciplinary education experience and a professional approach. Nicole has industry experience in banking and insurance before working within training at Thompson Directories. Nicole gained her Degree in Education in 2013.
Teresa Partridge
Teresa is an Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer who joined us in 2016, mainly working in the Health & Social Care sector before.
Prior to that she dealt with the employment and training of staff in this sector.
Sue Dickinson
Sue is a dedicated Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer and has been part of the team since 2004. She is very popular with learners and employers alike. Sue has worked in the education sector for the majority of her career and gained her experience through working in further education colleges in South London and Surrey. Sue believes that success with learners is achieved by being flexible and establishing a good rapport.
